The hard drive is one of the most crucial components in your CCTV system, as it’s what stores all of the recorded footage.

SMART stands for Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology and is an industry standard technology used to monitor the health of hard drives.

To protect your footage, we enable SMART drive monitoring on our CCTV systems as standard, to ensure that any hard drive issues can be flagged and rectified as soon as possible.
